Join our lead chocolatier, Mark Simpson, as he leads a class on working with everyone's favorite food - chocolate! In this class you'll learn the basics of chocolate tempering and practice basic chocolate techniques (e.g. hand-dipping, hand-rolling, feathering, preparing ganache, etc.) that you can use at home to make fabulous cake toppers, edible dessert decorations and more. You'll also create your own box of bonbons from fillings to decorations.
Participants will take home three chocolate tablets (which they'll make during class) and 32 bonbons (post-event) after participating in this fun and unique culinary experience. Yes, you can BYOB! The class is $75 per participant and we have a seven-day prior cancellation policy for refunds.
