Easter Bunny Maker Day!

Join our lead chocolatier, Mark Simpson, as he leads a class on working with everyone's favorite food - chocolate! In this funtastic and unique culinary class you'll learn all about chocolate and practice beginner chocolate techniques (e.g.preparing ganache, tempering chocolate, etc.) as you create beautiful origami Easter Bunnies that you'll hand-paint in class with edible cocoa butter. Of course there's a chocolate tasting too -- that's the best way to learn about chocolate!

In each class, limited to eight students, participants will make two Origami Easter Bunnies and a dozen Easter-themed Truffles -- that they can arrange to pick up or have delivered at a later date. (The chocolate must set overnight.) Ages 12+.

Yes, you can BYOB! (Plastic or Paper cups only, please.)

The class is $75 per participant.

Class Enrollment closes the prior Sunday and we require a minimum of 2 people to hold any class. Should we not reach that number of participants we will contact you and arrange other suitable dates that will work or refund the cost.

No refunds for any cancellation made within seven days of the event.
